Dave Schuyler came to us after some difficult circumstances. Having been laid off from the railroad after an 8 year run and needing to support his young family, he went looking for the kind of work he loved – getting dirty and turning wrenches. We were happy to oblige.
In 87’ he went back to work in the rail industry and is now the Manager of Work Equipment for Montana Rail Link. Happily married for 30 years with four children, he strives to continue learning, growing, and building relationships. And although he still loves to turn wrenches, his goals have changed a lot over the past twenty years. “I want to become the best at what I can do,” he says, “I want to be a better person, boss, husband and father.”
